Yesterday Jeremy wasn’t feeling too well. He had the runs all day. Poor little guy. Hopefully today he is feeling better and will enjoy himself at the fair. I hope he likes the parade! It sure does beat watching it live than on a Samsung HDTV! But I don’t know if he will like it any better.

The parade might be too loud for him. I guess I will have to find out today! I hope my battery is charged on my camera. Haha. I probably should make sure of that before we leave. Hopefully I won’t forget! I gotta start taking more pictures. I’m slacking on that department!

Bonding Time

Jeremy has been doing great lately. He is talking so much more. And says hi to everyone that he sees. Haha. He is just so full of energy all the time and is constantly running. Which means, I don’t stop running.

For the past week, his grandma has been babysitting him while I’m gone at work. She is just loving it. Those two are getting into so much trouble! Haha. They are for sure enjoying all their time together.

I will be posting more this weekend when I have some more free time. But for now I’m going to finish looking up some life insurance rates for a friend of mine.

Job Interview

Yesterday I went for an interview for a part time job at Walmart working the jewelry department. They gave me 3 interviews back to back and then told me I got the job. Jeremy stayed home with his grandma while I was gone. He had a blast with her. Now he will have even more time with her since I will be gone. I’m sure both of them will just love that!

The Walmart is in Portland, so I have to either get my car running or buy a new one. I’m thinking about just buying a new one. Haha. Of course I will have to look at some great car insurance claims! That’s just a given!

Now I’m going to go back to doing my other stuff while I have the time!

2 yr check up

Tomorrow Jeremy has his 2 year check up. He should be excited about that. He just loves getting naked and being weighed and measured. Not to mention he also loves getting shots. I hope you have picked up on my sarcasm. haha. Thankfully, since he is older, he doesn’t have to go very often anymore. He just can’t stand it. The only part he likes is flirting with his nurse. He just loves her to pieces!

I guess while we are out tomorrow I’m going to make a few stops to find somewhere that offers 3 year laptop warranty because I’m thinking about purchasing one. We will see how far that goes!

My Little Skater

Jeremy sure has been a handful lately. And for some reason, he acts scared of everything! I don’t know why he’s been acting this way. He’s not really scared. You can tell when he makes his ‘fake’ scared noises. I think he just figured out how to do it or something! Haha. I just hope that this doesn’t last that long. This phase is something I can do without! Luckily, he hasn’t acted scared over the outdoor fireplace that we sit at when it’s cool outside. Better knock on wood!

Lately, he has been taking Colton’s little finger skateboards and trying to skate on them. I’ve been taking them away from him when he finds them but I think there are 100s lying around because he always finds them! Who knows where he picked up the idea and learned that skateboards are for standing on. Haha. No one here skates! Oh Jeremy. The things you come up with.

Christmas Sneaking Up

Can you believe that in about 4 months it will be Christmas time already? Yep, time to break out those red led christmas lights for the house! I can’t believe it’s sneaking up on us so soon. I need to start looking around and buying little gifts here and there for the family. Doesn’t help that I have to buy for an army! Haha If I actually stick with buying things here and there when I see them, it shouldn’t be a problem making sure everyone is taken care of. I could hope anyway.

But I must say, it is my favorite time of year! Everything is just so pretty. I love it.

2 Years Old

Can you believe that Jeremy is 2?! I know, he has been 2 for 3 days now. I’m a little late with the posting. I’ve just been so busy taking care of other things that I forget to post over here. I have however had some time to check out some headphone reviews since I am in desperate need of some new headphones! Jeremy broke the last pair I had and I just haven’t gotten around to buying a new pair. I guess now would be the perfect time to buy some new headphones so I can listen to music while he is sleeping!

I didn’t get to take that many pictures of Jeremy during his birthday party because he decided it would be more fun to sleep then partake in the party! Haha. He woke up just in time for his gifts and some cake. That figures, right?

Jeremy’s birthday is this coming Saturday! Can you believe he will already be 2? It just doesn’t seem like 2 years have already gone by. He is growing up so fast. He needs to just slow it down. Not to mention that Duncan will already be 4 months old this month! Where did those months go!? Time sure does fly when you’re having fun.

I was thinking about getting Jeremy a cool little personalized gift for his birthday. Maybe a cool blanket or something. Plus of course some other things. We are going down to a reservoir to have a nice little bbq and swim. It is going to be a lot of fun!

Jeremy has been doing great! His eye is starting to really open up and he is really getting the hang of it. It’s so wonderful to see that. He really opens it up under the kitchen lighting which is awesome. This is super great news especially if he learns to hold it up all the time and not just when he really wants to see something.

His doctors will be so excited to hear this and see it. We don’t go back there until November I believe. So we still have some time. I’m just so excited over this. And it wasn’t just me to notice it! Sweet deal!

Pushed Back

Jeremy had his eye appointment the other day. We were suppose to go and schedule the surgery but there is great news! His doctor saw improvement and decided to push it back another 4 months! Isn’t that wonderful? He wasn’t too happy to see her and was more interested in the door chime they had. But that’s okay. Nick used his cell phone to get him to show her his eyes. Haha. He didn’t like the toys she had. I can’t seem to blame him!

Hopefully his eye will get even better and there will be no surgery at all!
